Responsibilities:
- Prepare Italian dishes from scratch following recipes for consistent quality
- Complete prep lists, manage your station, and stock food as needed
- Rinse, cut raw ingredients, and portion food to ensure attractive presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and follow sanitation standards
Qualifications:
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment; experience preferred but not required
- Good English communication skills
- Able to stand long hours and lift up to 50 pounds
