Seeking a Press Operator for 1st shift (7:00 am - 3:00 pm) to set up and operate stamping presses, including transfer dies. Responsibilities include equipment operation, press changeovers, producing quality parts, performing quality checks, maintaining safety and cleanliness, and supporting lean manufacturing initiatives. Candidates should have at least three months of press experience, proficiency with control panels and computers, and knowledge of automotive quality standards (IATF16949, ISO 14001).
