Title: Primary Care Physician
Location: Avalon Park Center, Chicago, IL
Salary: $215,000 - $245,000 (dependent on experience)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Role Overview:
The Primary Care Physician will deliver equitable, value-based healthcare to Medicare patients, focusing on quality over volume. Responsibilities include:
- Assessing and diagnosing patients
- Overseeing primary care administration
- Prescribing treatments and maintaining electronic records
- Collaborating with leadership to meet health goals
Qualifications:
- M.D. or D.O. degree
- Board Certification in Internal or Family Medicine
- Active State and DEA licenses
