Title: Primary Care Physician

Location: Dallas and Ft. Worth, Texas Region

Role Description: Seeking a Primary Care Physician to provide equitable, value-based healthcare to Medicare patients in a supportive team environment. Focus on quality care over service volume, with competitive bonuses for positive outcomes.

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose patients
• Oversee primary care administration
• Prescribe medications
• Maintain electronic medical records
• Collaborate with leadership to meet health goals
• Manage center care team

• Qualifications:

• M.D. or D.O. Graduate
• Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine
• Active State and DEA licenses
