Primary Care Physician

We are seeking a full-time Primary Care Physician for our Irvington location in Indianapolis, IN. The role focuses on providing equitable, value-based healthcare to Medicare patients in a supportive environment that prioritizes quality over volume. Responsibilities include assessing patients, overseeing primary care, prescribing treatments, and maintaining electronic medical records. Candidates must hold an M.D. or D.O. degree, be board certified or eligible in Internal or Family Medicine, and possess an active state license. Preferred qualifications include geriatrics experience and familiarity with value-based care.
