Position Highlights

• Provide high-quality primary care services tailored to the needs of seniors.

• Competitive compensation: $220K–$300K base salary plus:
  • Monthly productivity bonuses
  • $30 per value-based patient on your panel, paid twice annually
  • Additional surplus distributions for maintaining healthy patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Licensed (or eligible) to practice medicine in Alabama.
