Primary Care Physician

We are seeking a Primary Care Physician to provide equitable, value-based healthcare to Medicare patients in Philadelphia. This full-time role offers a salary range of $215,000-$245,000, with a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose patients
• Oversee primary care administration
• Prescribe medications
• Maintain electronic medical records
• Collaborate with leadership to meet health goals

• Qualifications:

• M.D. or D.O. degree
• Board certification in Internal or Family Medicine
• Active state and DEA licenses
