Primary Care Physician - Spanish Required

We are seeking a Primary Care Physician to provide equitable, value-based healthcare to Medicare patients in a supportive, team-oriented environment. This full-time role offers a competitive salary ($215,000-$245,000) and a Monday to Friday schedule (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM). Responsibilities include patient assessment, care administration, and collaboration with leadership to meet health quality goals. Candidates must hold an M.D. or D.O. degree, be board certified or eligible in Internal or Family Medicine, and possess an active state and DEA license. Preferred qualifications include geriatrics experience and familiarity with value-based care.
