Title: Primary Care Physician

Location: Philadelphia, PA (Various locations)

Salary: $215,000 to $245,000 (varies by experience and location)

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Role Overview:

The Primary Care Physician will deliver equitable, value-based healthcare to Medicare patients in a supportive team environment, focusing on quality care over service volume.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose patients
• Oversee primary care administration
• Prescribe medications
• Maintain electronic medical records
• Collaborate with leadership to meet health goals

• Qualifications:

• M.D. or D.O. degree
• Board Certification in Internal or Family Medicine
• Active state and DEA licenses
