Talent Acquisition Advisor – Growth Opportunity

 

DirectPath is partnering with a rapidly growing Government Subcontractor to expand their world-class team. We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to play a key role in identifying, attracting, and securing top talent in Government/DoD and Commercial sectors , including Cybersecurity, DevSecOps, Digital Forensics, Supply Chain, and Engineering . This role offers outstanding career growth as the company scales into new markets and industries.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Recruiting – Source, screen, and secure top technical and engineering talent.
  • Talent Pipeline Development – Build relationships with passive candidates and maintain a strong applicant pool.
  • Employer Branding – Represent the company at industry events, universities, and on social media.
  • Hiring Strategy & Consulting – Advise hiring managers on market trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices.
  • Data-Driven Recruitment – Track and optimize hiring metrics for efficiency and success.
  • Process Improvement – Continuously refine recruitment workflows to enhance the candidate experience.

 

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of recruitment experience in Government/DoD and Commercial sectors, with a focus on technical and engineering roles.
  • Experience using ATS, HRIS, and sourcing tools (Unanet, iSolved, UKG, LinkedIn Recruiter, ClearanceJobs).
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
