As a Principal Support Engineer, you'll deliver post-sales technical support, resolve customer inquiries, and serve as a key contact for complex issues.

You will utilize advanced technical skills in Oracle Database administration, security, backup, recovery, and cloud infrastructure.
Minimum 10+ years of experience in database or system administration, a relevant degree, and excellent communication skills are required.
Desirable skills include network administration and experience with related databases.
