This role supports US Gov Cloud and DoD clients, with US Citizenship preferred.
As a Principal Support Engineer, you'll provide post-sales technical support, resolve customer inquiries, and serve as a key contact to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Required skills include in-depth knowledge of Oracle Database (12c, 18c, 19c, 23c), security, backup/recovery (RMAN), Data Guard, performance tuning, and cloud infrastructure (OCI, Autonomous Database).
Minimum 10+ years in database, network, or system administration, with a relevant technical degree.
Responsibilities involve managing service requests, troubleshooting, knowledge sharing, product feedback, and maintaining expertise in security issues.
