This 1st shift role (7am-3:30pm, Monday-Friday) offers an hourly rate of $20.00-$25.77, with pay based on skills and experience. The key responsibilities include interpreting order specifications, maintaining equipment, ensuring quality and productivity standards, managing inventory, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives like 5S and Kaizen. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or technical degree, experience operating industrial or digital printing machinery, and basic mechanical or technical aptitude. HP certification and background in manufacturing, maintenance, or graphic arts are preferred. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and process optimization.
