We are seeking a motivated and dependable Emergency Response Specialist to serve as the first point of contact during property damage emergencies.

In this role, you will respond promptly to emergency calls involving water, fire, mold, or biohazard incidents, regardless of time. You will conduct on-site assessments, document damage, and communicate effectively with clients, property owners, insurance adjusters, and internal teams.

• Support stabilization efforts such as water extraction, board-ups, and containment.
• Capture accurate documentation, including photographs and initial scope details.
• Maintain professionalism, compassion, and a sense of urgency to assist clients during challenging situations.
