Job Title: Process and Quality Technician
Pay: $20 - $24 per hour

As a Process and Quality Technician, you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth shop floor operations, improving product quality, and supporting safety standards. You'll work closely with machine operators, supervisors, and quality teams to uphold strict production protocols and drive continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

As a Process and Quality Technician, you will be responsible for:

Supporting shop floor activities by verifying adherence to manufacturing guides, recipes, and run parameters.
Spotting and resolving mechanical or operational issues immediately to prevent nonconformance.
Auditing manufacturing logs and operator sheets to ensure data accuracy and compliance with standard procedures.
Assisting supervisors in reinforcing accountability and onboarding new team members on documentation practices.
Conducting routine inspections of raw materials, work-in-progress, and final products to verify parameter compliance.
Logging measurement data and analytical results into tracking databases with precision.
Cross-checking material profiles to prepare documentation for Certificates of Analysis.
Communicating any material failures or nonconformances to operations leadership promptly.
Keeping testing areas and work zones clean, organized, and hazard-free.
Following all safety regulations and reporting unsafe conditions immediately.
Championing workplace organization initiatives such as 5S to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization across all zones.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline (preferred).
Academic focuses in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or Chemistry are highly valued.
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and teamwork.
Prior experience in manufacturing, quality assurance, or process control is a plus.
