We are seeking an experienced Process Engineer/Tooling Manager to oversee production process integrity and drive continuous improvement efforts within a manufacturing environment focused on composites for transportation and industrial equipment.
In this role, you will create and audit work instructions, support new product development, optimize manufacturing processes, and lead quality initiatives to reduce rework and improve efficiency. You will also develop standard operating procedures, analyze defect data, and assist with root cause analysis to ensure product quality.
Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Process, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering, 3-5 years of manufacturing experience, and expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies. Proficiency in CAD, inspection tools, and strong communication skills are essential.
