Process Engineer Company: Intertech Plastics LLC Primary Location: 12850 E 40th Ave, Denver, CO 80239 USA Employment Type: Salaried | Full-Time Function: Engineering Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disabled Main Duties & Responsibilities Job Summary: The Process Engineer reports directly to the Engineering Manager and is responsible for the development and oversight of all injection molding processes at Intertech. This role utilizes scientific molding techniques to establish robust molding processes for new products and supports cell development through a structured validation process. Additionally, the Process Engineer ensures all ongoing production processes are consistently monitored and audited to maintain compliance and performance standards. Specific Responsibilities: Uphold and communicate the purpose, values, and vision of Intertech and TriMas Perform as technical liaison to customers on all related process related activity. Daily monitoring of IQMS real-time actual verses standard and audit all processes not running to standard. Capable of running all aspects of the molding and auxiliary equipment. Full understanding of decoupled molding and ensure that process techs adhere to decoupled principles. Leadership support in trouble shooting/ debugging new programs. Adherence to ISO procedures. Lead process tech team in developing tooling work orders for mold repairs and PM's. Utilized continuous improvement, lean and six sigma tools to reach OEE standards. Provide hands-on support at two manufacturing sites, including a cleanroom environment. Coach and mentor and train process technicians.
