The Process Engineer is responsible for designing, maintaining, and improving manufacturing processes within one or more Value Streams. They evaluate current workflows, develop improvements, and lead training and implementation to ensure operational efficiencies. The role involves supporting project execution, coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing production procedures, and integrating new technologies. They assist with cost estimation, planning, and resolving production issues, while serving as a subject matter expert to ensure technical excellence. They demonstrate strong teamwork, decision-making, and communication skills, with preferred experience in marine industry, Lean manufacturing, and relevant software. The position requires occasional site visits and physical activity, with a schedule similar to Monday-Thursday, 6:00am-3:30pm, and Friday, 6:00am-10:00am.
