We are seeking a Process Engineer with expertise in high-temperature metallurgy, vacuum melting (VAR, EB), and titanium processing.
Responsibilities include optimizing melting processes, analyzing quality and process data, troubleshooting issues, supporting continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Requirements include a B.S. in Metallurgical or Materials Science Engineering, 3+ years of experience in metal processing, and knowledge of melting operations and data analysis tools.
Preferred skills involve experience with VAR, EB technologies, lean manufacturing, and aerospace or medical standards.
The role involves collaboration with operations, training staff, supporting capital projects, and working on process validation.
