The Process Engineering Lead is responsible for designing and executing process engineering projects with minimal supervision, primarily onsite in Kingsport, TN.
Key duties include developing process design plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams, participating in safety activities, managing project progress, producing preliminary and final designs, ensuring compliance with industry standards, reviewing vendor and discipline deliverables, performing fieldwork, and managing multiple projects.
Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Biochemical Engineering, 3+ years of relevant experience, and proficiency in CAD, hydraulic simulation software, and MS Office. Certification and PE registration are preferred.
