Join our team as a Process Engineering Technician in Vandalia, OH, supporting onsite operations with 5-10% travel.
In this role, you will facilitate the transition from prototype to full production by qualifying products, troubleshooting automation systems, and supporting process validation. Your responsibilities include running IQ, OQ, PQ, FQ protocols, integrating PLC and vision systems, analyzing machine data, and training operators.
Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of manufacturing experience, hands-on PLC troubleshooting skills (Allen-Bradley, Siemens), experience with vision systems, and knowledge of automation, sensors, and electromechanical controls. A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and familiarity with AI tools are valued.
