The Process Lead drives Lean Daily Management systems at the plant by ensuring process discipline, implementing process improvements, and building operator capabilities in a TPM environment.
They develop task standards (e.g., changeovers), train operators and mechanics, and own the centerline and daily management systems to set daily priorities and track losses.
The role involves driving operational improvements, analyzing loss data, and fostering a zero-loss culture through data-driven problem solving and unbiased communication.
The Process Lead collaborates with cross-functional teams, coaches operators, manages equipment standards, and supports process efficiency across multiple lines.
Qualifications include strong leadership, problem-solving, communication skills, and experience with Lean Six Sigma tools. Preferred candidates have a bachelor's degree, and 1-3 years in automated manufacturing, with Lean manufacturing and TPM experience advantageous.
