We are seeking experienced Process Servers as independent contractors to deliver civil legal documents across multiple counties.
Responsibilities include making up to five diligent service attempts at varied times, activating cases within 24 hours of receipt, and notarizing affidavits within 48 hours of service.
Candidates must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, a Perc Card, and a smartphone with mobile app capability. Strong communication, documentation skills, professionalism, punctuality, and attention to detail are essential.
This position offers weekly pay based on completed jobs and requires signing affidavits and submitting detailed attempt notes via mobile applications.
Ideal candidates include experienced process servers or current/former law enforcement professionals.
