The Process Specialist monitors and reviews incoming work requests for accuracy and completeness, collaborating with clients to clarify ambiguous items. They facilitate new processes, define workflows, and integrate them into existing operations, becoming a Subject Matter Expert in policies, systems, and client procedures. Responsibilities include validating life insurance claims, processing high-volume transactions, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with regulations. They track productivity metrics, support system testing and onboarding, and provide backup coverage during peak times. Qualifications include a high school diploma and at least 2 years of life insurance claims experience, with preferred knowledge of financial services, data processing, and project management skills. This hybrid role is based in Atlanta, GA or Des Moines, IA.
