- Plan and forecast procurement activities across multiple projects
- Purchase equipment, materials, and subcontractor services, review plans, and invite tenders
- Negotiate contracts, screen subcontractors, and ensure compliance
- Coordinate with suppliers and project teams for timely deliveries
- Maintain detailed records, manage costs, and provide procurement reports
- Collaborate with various stakeholders including architects, engineers, and clients
- Attend meetings and advise project managers on costs and potential issues
- Ensure safety, health, and environmental compliance
- Minimum 3 years procurement experience in construction, a degree, and effective communication skills required
