We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Product Development Associate to join our growing team!
In this role, you’ll help support and improve product offerings through kit development, parts analysis, inventory review, and product inspection. If you enjoy working with technical products, Excel, and problem-solving in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we’d love to hear from you.
? Responsibilities Include:
• Creating overhaul kits for driveline units
• Reviewing and analyzing parts breakdowns
• Ordering and tracking new parts
• Updating sales matrices in Excel
• Inspecting products using engineering prints
• Maintaining a safe and organized work environment
• Following OSHA and company safety standards
? Qualifications:
• 1+ year of related experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working with technical information and Excel
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
