We seek high-performing development and validation engineers with engine, transmission, and drive unit experience.
Responsibilities include planning, executing subsystem tests, data analysis, calibration development, and migrating lab activities to math-based models.
Key tasks involve hardware readiness, troubleshooting, process improvement, data quality assurance, and mentoring new engineers.
Requirements include a BS in engineering or physics, 2+ years in automotive engine/transmission testing, strong problem-solving, communication, and data analysis skills.
Preferred experience with calibration software, engine dyno testing, diesel systems, and injector expertise.
Travel is minimal (<15%). This role demands creativity, initiative, and teamwork to optimize testing and validation processes.
