Product Manager

Overview

Our client is looking for a Product Manager to join their team in Orlando, Florida. This role reports to the Director of Product and is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle. This includes gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and operations to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. This role ensures that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals.

Responsibilities

• Define the product strategy and roadmap
• Deliver requirement documents with prioritized features and corresponding explanation
• Work with third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities
• Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products
• Become an expert around competition and industry 
• Act as a leader within the company
• Demonstrate success by defining and launching excellent products

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience as a Product Manager
• Technical background, with experience in JavaScript, Agile and Azure Cloud computing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent teamwork skills
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
• Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
