Product System Manager

Job Description:

As a Product System Manager you will facilitate the cross-functional process of new product development and subsequent product enhancements by building and maintaining key relationships, ensuring communications and project tracking. You will also create channels for reviewing and documenting product performance and improvement action plans through relationships with internal and external development/support groups and business counterparts.

Other key responsibilities include: stakeholder communication, backlog management and prioritization, ensures collaboration and directional guidance with the product and IT teams, managing final approval to product delivery and release to production. Represents the business goals and objectives with the extended product and IT teams and key liaison with other engineering and enterprise stakeholders.

Education and Experience:

+ A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in IT processes and change/project management

+ 5+ years’ experience in a project management, change management and participating in high performing teams

+ Collaborative team player

+ Familiar with HSB Global Inspection and Engineering Services products, systems and processes is desired

Knowledge and Skills:

+ Interpersonal/Relationship Management skills

+ Strong analytical skills

+ Project management skills and ability to drive results

+ Relationship management skills

+ Strong time management and organizational skills

+ Ability to influence and present

+ Pressure Equipment Industry knowledge

+ Ability to be creative and position assigned product line to succeed in highly competitive and rapidly changing environment

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills

+ Workflow documentation

+ Proficiency in Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)

+ Problem solving

+ Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
