The Production Line Laborer will be assigned to a production shift with the responsibility of producing a quality product in an efficient manner.
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
+ Operate production equipment to produce a quality product meeting performance standards.
+ Must perform all work assignments safely and as directed by management.
+ Position requires the ability to relieve machine operators for breaks and lunches.
+ Must perform line cleanup and janitorial duties during production shifts.
+ Must be able to pass forklift test and operate a forklift in a safe and efficient manner.
+ Performs all other projects or duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Experience:
+ Minimum of 18 Years of age.
+ High School diploma or GED.
+ 6 months of related experience (i.e. working in a distribution warehouse or manufacturing environment.
+ Willing and able to work any day or shift as we are a 24/7 operation.
+ Demonstrated attention to detail / Ability to perform Quality checks.
+ Must be able to repetitively lift up to 50lbs.
+ This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test.
+ Ability to operate a forklift and manual/powered pallet jack and lift product.
+ Ability to operate & troubleshoot automated equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
+ Ability to work with computers to perform machine operations and quality checks.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
+ Certified Forklift License.
