Summary of Position:

The Creative Design Producer is responsible for supporting and executing against projects from conception to final delivery. In this role, you will support the creation of technology centered short videos, UI and Graphics, and demo’s that will be created with the close collaboration of internal and external partners. Interactive experiences that will either live in our physical spaces, digital spaces, or both will require your close tracking of the project, schedule, and budget management.


Essential Functions:

  • Capturing requirements from business units and strategy teams
  • Open and transparent communication of vision, plan, and expectations
  • Build trust with internal and external partners
  • Project timeline tracking and clearly communicating needs/changes
  • Responsible for creating process for IC designers, and shield from randomization and design creep
  • Maintains knowledge of existing docs and creates new documentation to support streamlined efforts in increasing efficiency, and capturing project end info
  • Responsible for the creative strategy, conception, content strategy, and direction for the company and
  • customers
  • Ideate and conceptualize new interactives to create experiences for our audience
  • Direct the video productions process, editing, post-production, and video production gear and equipment in
  • its entirety
  • Participate In organizing new content development strategies
  • Develop and maintain design wireframes and specifications
  • Work within a set budget and track all expenses

Work Environment:

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.


Physical Demands:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee in this position frequently communicates with other co-workers/clients who have inquiries about the various projects and other needs. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations. The employee must be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time. The employee in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. Constantly operate a computer and office machinery such as a calculator, keyboard, copy machine and printer. Frequently moves boxes with equipment weighing up to 25lbs across the building and/or to other offsite buildings for various project needs.


Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Design, Project Management or equivalent experience and education         
  • 5+ years of experience



  • 5+ years of experience working in production where you have managed cross-functional teams in the delivery and support of creative projects
  • Able to work in dynamic and collaborative settings, while keeping the main objective front and center
  • Able to gain others' support for ideas, proposals, projects, and solutions
  • Able to communicate goals in support of the business' mission
  • Self-motivated and able to work well under pressure.
  • Technically savvy, resourceful, curious, and hands-on
