The Production Operator (1st shift) safely and efficiently operates manufacturing equipment to meet quality and production goals.

Responsibilities include starting, operating, cleaning, and shutting down equipment per procedures, staging materials, maintaining inventories, and following test and safety protocols.

Tasks involve mixing chemicals, testing, troubleshooting, monitoring processes, and collaborating with teams to resolve issues and develop new products.

Operators package finished products, maintain a clean work environment, and ensure safety practices like 5S and PPE adherence.

Requirements: High School diploma or GED, 2+ years machine operation experience, strong attention to safety, ability to lift up to 60 lbs, familiarity with computers and ERP systems, and dependable teamwork.
