Production Print Sales Specialist

UBEO Business Services, the premier provider of business technology products and services, is seeking to hire a Print Production Sales Specialist to join our team.

UBEO is a distributor/servicer of document equipment and software solutions. Primary products include Xerox, Ricoh, Canon and Konica Minolta multi-functional equipment and Kyocera printers. UBEO specializes in electronic document management software and integrations.

General Responsibility:

The primary responsibility for this position will be selling Production Print Systems (Xerox, Canon and Ricoh).

Essential job functions and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

1. Responsible for growth and expansion in the Production Print accounts and Major Accounts
2. Develop solutions for new and existing customers while supporting production strategies, products and equipment within an assigned territory
3. Meet or exceed unit, revenue and gross profit expectations
4. Ability to work closely with the sales team and systems analysts
5. Performs other duties as assigned

Skills and Attributes:

1. Experience with Canon, Ricoh and Xerox Production Print Systems
2. Experience selling into Major Accounts
3. Successful sales experience with Bourg, Duplo and Plockmatic offline production finishing equipment
4. Experience with multiple data streams and conversion tools such as RSA and Solimar
5. Experience concentrated with In-Plant, CRD, Commercial Printers and Print For Pay environments
6. Strong leadership qualities and professionalism
7. Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
8. Highly motivated, results driven professional
9. Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience in a related field.
10. Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience in Production Print Systems
11. Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed pre-set sales and activity quotas.
12. Proven track record of developing and maintaining client relationships.
