Seeking a Processing Supervisor to oversee the Blending and Roasting department during assigned shifts. This role involves supervising, training, and guiding hourly staff to ensure safe operations, meet production schedules, and uphold quality standards. The supervisor will optimize productivity, ensure safety and compliance, foster an inclusive team environment, resolve issues, and build strong relationships across departments.
Qualifications include a high school diploma (or equivalent), 4 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, experience operating forklifts or Hi-Lo, and strong communication, safety, and decision-making skills.
This is an on-site, full-time position working Monday-Friday, 2:30pm-11:30pm, with some weekends. The environment may be noisy, requiring PPE, and physical demands include lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.
