Overview:
Hands-on Production Supervisor needed to lead daily manufacturing operations, drive output, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise production team and daily floor operations
  • Monitor output, efficiency, and quality metrics
  • Train, coach, and hold team accountable to performance standards
  • Troubleshoot production issues and minimize downtime
  • Ensure compliance with safety and company policies
  • Coordinate with maintenance, QA, and leadership teams

Requirements:
  • 3+ years in a manufacturing/production leadership role
  • Strong understanding of production processes and KPIs
  • Experience managing teams in fast-paced environments
  • Ability to troubleshoot and make real-time decisions
  • Solid communication and leadership skills

Nice to Have:
  • Experience with lean manufacturing / continuous improvement
  • Exposure to ISO environments (9001/13485)
  • ERP or production tracking systems
