Production Supervisor position on 1st shift, paying $29.93/hour.
Key duties include: managing hourly staff to meet quality, safety, cost, and delivery goals; tracking production data; creating cross-training plans; overseeing attendance; troubleshooting quality and safety issues; coordinating with other departments; supervising 5S activities; monitoring inventory; and maintaining communication with customers. Must work flexible shifts and overtime.
Required skills: manufacturing or related experience, at least 1 year of supervisory/leadership background, proficiency in MS Office, strong communication and organizational skills, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Physical requirements: standing, walking, lifting up to 40 lbs, stooping, twisting, bending, speaking, and listening.
Qualifications: high school diploma, manufacturing experience, and supervisory experience.
