The Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift leads unionized teams to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality product manufacturing.
- Supervises daily operations, manages labor scheduling, and supports workforce training and evaluation.
- Fosters a strong safety culture, ensuring safe work practices are followed and addressing safety concerns.
- Collaborates cross-functionally with purchasing, planning, and other departments to meet delivery and quality goals.
- Operates within budgets, utilizing ERP/MRP systems for production monitoring and decision-making.
- Brings at least 5 years supervisory experience in manufacturing, union environment, and familiarity with lean principles and manufacturing processes.
- Requires physical ability to work on the production floor and wear PPE.
