Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 3-5 years in manufacturing with Lean expertise, strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Salary ranges from $75,750 to $111,100, with comprehensive benefits, including health coverage, paid time off, and 401(k).
