We are a small company in Orange County, CA with multiple locations. We still have that “small company” feel, but are, in fact, a leader in our industry.
We are currently hiring for a Evening Production Supervisor for our Santa Ana location.
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday 4:45 pm to 1:15 am with the possibility of additional hours based on business needs.
Salary Range: $18-$22 Per Hour
The Production Supervisor must be an excellent multitasker with exceptional attention to detail and time management skills. The Production Supervisor can expect to oversee the operations of the Production Line, including supervising all Production staff such as: Team Lead, Pump Operators, Bottlers, Quality Control and Boxing. This position will maintain high levels of accuracy in day-to-day operations, lead and develop the production team, and provide impeccable customer service.
1 or more years of production or manufacturing management experience
2 or more years of management/supervisory experience
Ability to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.
Able to adjust readily to change and adapt as needed.
Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of coworkers and manager and provide results in resolving issues/complaints.
Familiar with QuickBooks and Google Suite.
Able to perform basic mathematical calculations.
Able to communicate in basic English.
Able to lift 50lbs without restrictions.
Provide leadership for the successful day-to-day operation of the Production Department.
Responsible for following documented work instructions and standard operating procedures and respond to management direction.
Maintain, check, operate, and adjust proprietary equipment utilized in manufacturing process.
Manage staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and writing up employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
Maintain workflow by monitoring steps of the process; setting processing variables; observing control points and equipment; monitoring personnel and resources; studying methods; facilitating corrections to malfunctions within process control points; initiating and fostering a spirit of cooperation within and between departments.
Maintains quality service by enforcing organization standards.
Ensures operation of equipment and communicates problems to Director of Operations.
Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources. maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.
Perform other tasks as directed by Director of Operations or Management
