Seeking aProduction Support Manager in Washington, DC, to oversee passport and secure document processing operations.
Responsibilities include managing administrative, personnel, and operational processes to meet production goals, coordinating daily activities across intake, imaging, data entry, quality control, printing, and distribution. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, supervise staff performance, develop training programs, monitor workflow and reports, and oversee customer service activities.
Requirements include a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, proven leadership in high-volume, regulated environments—preferably in passport processing—familiarity with applicable statutes, and strong organizational and communication skills. Experience with policy enforcement, staff training, and data-driven performance management is essential.
