Responsibilities involve assembling electrical control equipment, wiring, inspecting, testing, and preparing products for shipment. Use hand and power tools, follow schematics, and ensure quality standards. Participate in Lean initiatives, maintain safety and cleanliness, and cross-train across functions.
Qualifications: Minimum one year of assembly experience or technical school diploma, ability to lift 35 lbs, work overtime, and communicate effectively. Preferred: high school diploma or GED, experience with wiring, schematics, CNC or press brake work, and various tools.
