Location: Scottsdale, AZJob Summary:We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Production Technicians to support manufacturing operations in a cleanroom environment. This role involves assisting with production processes, troubleshooting production issues, supporting equipment maintenance, and building prototypes while ensuring compliance with manufacturing and cleanroom standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Manufacture products in a cleanroom production environment
- Support daily production operations and resolve production-related issues
- Assist with installation, qualification, and maintenance of production equipment
- Build prototypes and support engineering/manufacturing activities as needed
- Follow manufacturing procedures, safety guidelines, and cleanroom protocols
- Work under the direction of the Manufacturing Supervisor or leadership team
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment
Qualifications - Previous cleanroom experience preferred
- Manufacturing or production experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to work weekend shifts consistently
- Comfortable working in a regulated cleanroom environment
- Ability to follow strict gowning and manufacturing requirements
Cleanroom Requirements Candidates must comply with cleanroom standards, including:
- No makeup, perfume, scented products, nail polish, or artificial nails
- No open-toed shoes or exposed skin in manufacturing areas
- No personal electronic devices allowed in manufacturing areas
- Adherence to gowning, hygiene, and safety requirements at all times
