The Program Coordinator supports a nonprofit Entrepreneurship Center by handling administrative tasks, coordinating events, and assisting entrepreneurs with program services.
- Provide administrative support, manage communication, and maintain calendars.
- Prepare reports, process invoices, and organize files with confidentiality.
- Assist in planning and executing workshops, networking events, and training sessions, including logistics and on-site support.
- Serve as the first contact for entrepreneurs, providing program information and tracking participant data.
- Qualifications include 1-3 years of administrative experience, proficiency in MS Office and Google tools, strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Hours are Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–5 pm, with a starting salary of $38,000–$45,000.
