Job Summary: This role is pivotal in executing a comprehensive global employee wellbeing program. You will collaborate with diverse internal teams and external partners to deliver impactful events and communications. The position requires strong organizational abilities, data evaluation skills, and proficiency in HR systems to ensure program success.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive the execution of global employee wellbeing events and activities.
Liaise effectively with numerous internal stakeholders on program engagement.
Collect and analyze data to identify program opportunities and measure performance.
Manage and maintain all program collateral and content for global toolkits.
Resolve escalations and provide policy interpretation for vendors and internal teams.
Must-have Skills:
Proven ability to lead projects from concept to successful implementation.
Exceptional project management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with HR systems (e.g., Workday, Service Now) and strong MS Office skills.
