We seek a Program Director to lead our team part-time (15-20 hours/week), overseeing the LifeWise 5 L's: Leadership, Location, Logistics, Loot, and Language.
The role involves recruiting and managing volunteers, coordinating transportation and facilities, handling program logistics, managing finances, and promoting the program through effective communication.
The ideal candidate is a spiritually mature active church member with leadership experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with spreadsheets and virtual tools.
You'll receive ongoing training, coaching, and support from our center.
Qualifications include a personal Christian faith aligned with our Statement of Faith, active church participation, leadership experience, and familiarity with digital tools.
