They plan and co-chair staff meetings, ensure policy compliance, monitor workloads, and review incident reports for regulatory submission.
The role involves communication with regulatory agencies, assisting with corrective actions, managing Census, payroll, and financial targets.
Additional responsibilities include overseeing staffing, new employee training, addressing personnel issues with HR and leadership, providing performance feedback, and managing the DSP leveling program.
Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree (preferably in human services), at least two years of supervisory experience in a residential care setting, and strong communication skills.
The position is full-time, on-site, involving travel between locations and work in home or community settings with individuals facing psychosocial or health challenges.
