The Program Director oversees assigned Beacon locations to meet company goals, budgets, and clinical effectiveness targets.
They support Care Team Managers by ensuring adequate staffing and resources for quality care, and keep department heads informed on staffing, compliance, and operational issues.
Responsibilities include planning and co-chairing staff meetings, applying policies consistently, monitoring workload, reviewing incident reports, and communicating with regulatory agencies. They assist with corrective actions, manage census, payroll, and financial targets, ensure accurate time-and-attendance reporting, and oversee staff onboarding and training compliance.
The role involves addressing personnel issues with HR and leadership, providing performance feedback, and managing the DSP leveling program.
Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree (preferred) and at least two years of supervisory experience in a residential care environment. The position is full-time, on-site, requiring regular travel between locations and work in community settings, often involving individuals with psychosocial or health challenges.
