Programs Claim Processor
Purpose and Scope/General Summary: We are looking for a Program Claims Processor to join us onsite at our corporate office in Greeley, CO. The Programs Claims Processor is responsible for supporting sales programs by processing and reconciling trade payments, maintaining program agreements, and resolving payment discrepancies while partnering with Sales, Customers, and Brokers to ensure accurate and timely execution.
Responsibilities:
- Process and reconcile payments and deductions for MDF programs and End User accounts
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to billback requests and trade deductions
- Partner with Sales and Customers to address and resolve denied trade deductions
- Maintain Brokerage, Rebate, and MDF agreements based on approved documentation from Sales
- Monitor new materials and ship-to locations in the system and coordinate with Sales to determine applicability to existing agreements
- Collaborate with Brokers to reconcile brokerage payments and ensure accuracy on a weekly and monthly basis
- Maintain accurate and complete records of all programs, agreements, and payments
- Generate reports and provide data support for Sales Representatives as requested
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to work accurately with numbers while maintaining focus in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas and report generation required
- Excellent organizational skills
- Clear and professional communication skills, written and verbal
- Ability to escalate and resolve urgent sales program issues in collaboration with supervisor
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with a proven ability to set goals and deliver results on time
- Can perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:
- Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;
- Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;

- Base salary range of $19 - $21/hr; and
