Key Responsibilities for a Project Accounting Manager:
- Manage project cost controls including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Support the monthly close process, including journal entries and variance analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project planning and forecasting
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and support audit activities
- Test and support system changes related to accounting processes
Qualifications for a Project Accounting Manager:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting with 7+ years of experience
- Strong SAP FI experience; SAP PS and Procurement modules a plus
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and a continuous improvement mindset
