This role involves participating in project delivery, executing innovative planning, evaluation, design, permitting, and construction support services for Healthcare clients. Experience managing projects in the Healthcare industry is required, along with consulting expertise to manage and execute project work.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Sales
- Leading proposal response teams, developing strategy and budgets, managing RFQ/RFP responses, and preparing proposals
- Writing, reviewing, and editing proposal content
- Reviewing design, scope, drawings, specifications, cost estimates, and schedules
- Establishing prices and fees
- Presenting proposals and following up with prospects
- Negotiating contract terms
- Delivery
- Preparing conceptual estimates and revisions
- Developing procurement and delivery strategies and schedules, including managing long-lead items
- Leading design kick-off meetings and overseeing project design and permitting activities
- Establishing construction strategies and approving project management organization
- Managing schedules, cost estimates, and project reviews
- Participating in construction meetings and site visits
- Post Delivery
- Leading team feedback sessions and developing client follow-up strategies
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
- B.S. degree in a related engineering field
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in Healthcare engineering and consulting
- Strong project management and leadership skills
- Experience in marketing, proposal writing, and public presentations is a plus
- Excellent communication skills for presentations and reports

Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements:
This position requires mobility to visit various locations, with the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, lift, carry, and manipulate weights of 10-50 pounds. Good hand-eye coordination, dexterity, and visual acuity are necessary for operating equipment and reading information. The role involves sitting, reaching, talking, and hearing frequently.
